Detox Diet Plan with Easy Fruit & Vegetable

    Chocolate
    Alcohol

Decrease these foods:
   Meat – eat free range skinless chicken, turkey. Avoid BBQ and blackened food
   Dairy products – stick to bio-yohurt or kefir
   Fish unless very low mercury  
Eat plenty of these foods:   
   Fruit – preferably organic
   Vegetables – preferably organic
   Beans & lentils
   Very fresh raw nuts & seeds
   Cold pressed Olive oil, flax seed oil
Drink:  
   Filtered water
   Green Tea and herbal teas
